For small to mid sized residential excavation projects, we offer efficient and cost effective solutions. From complete landscape tear outs to drainage or grading, please reach out to us and we will advise you on the best way to proceed.

Generally we specialize in small and difficult access jobs in Nanaimo and the surrounding areas, but we do also take on larger excavation projects.

Due to unpredictable terrain throughout Nanaimo, excavation is billed at an hourly rate $120-150 depending on machine used, plus a $250 move charge for most locations, $450 for Cedar/Ladysmith or Parksville. Removal of material is charged by weight and trucking. Any gravel or soil, landscape fabric, etc is billed at the contractors price (sometimes discounted) plus 20%. If a client wishes to source their own materials we are always accommodating.
